Terms of Use
1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are between Hüsnü Lübnan ("we"), who provides the bi el at app and bielat.site (together, the "Service"), and you. By creating an account you accept them. You may not use the Service if you are under 13.
2. The Service
bi el at is a gamified app in which a household scores and tracks chores. Points, badges, season prizes and "nag" notifications are for entertainment only; they have no monetary value and create no rights or claims. The end-of-month prize is an agreement among household members; we are not a party to it.
3. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the secrecy of your password. You can delete your account in-app at any time (Profile → Account → Delete my account).
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to harass, threaten or demean others. Nagging is humour, not hate speech.
- Do not attempt to access another person's account or household without permission, or to guess invite codes.
- Do not attempt automated requests, reverse engineering or exploits that harm the Service.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content
Content you enter (room names, notes, prize texts, grocery entries) is yours. You grant us the right to store it and show it to your household in order to run the Service. The app's design, mascot and copy belong to us.
6. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the outcome of household arguments, lost bets or unwashed dishes. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice, giving you time to export your data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
